I excel at creating informative, engaging content that stands out in the Wild West of the internet. My areas of focus and expertise are women’s health + lifestyle, evidence-based nutrition, and social issues. (I’m also a huge nerd about SEO writing and strategy.)
Editing
I bring a thoughtful eye to everything I edit, with a careful focus on ensuring accuracy and readability while preserving a writer’s (or brand’s) unique voice.

Pre-pandemic, I was the host of Well+Good’s “Cook With Us” video series, where we challenged chefs to create tasty meals in 30 minutes or less. Talents included Kelly LeVeque (pictured), Top Chef alum Dale Talde, and For the Culture founder Klancy Miller.
